Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform quality control inspections and accurate inventory documentation
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized stock rotation and FIFO protocols in 100,000 sq ft facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and participate in monthly safety drills
- Support cycle counts and month-end inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and basic warehouse software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM with weekend rotation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
