Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory and order fulfillment during night shift hours
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform quality checks and report equipment maintenance needs
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Harbor East location
