Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS technology (SAP experience preferred)
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handover processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- Proven leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
