Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracyOperate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspacesCollaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiencyParticipate in monthly inventory auditsAdhere to strict safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedlyBasic computer literacy and RF scanner trainingValid state-issued ID and ability to pass background checkFlexible availability including weekends and holidaysStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
