Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation for night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
