Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues including network connectivity and system integration
- Document cases meticulously using Salesforce and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams during escalation scenarios
- Maintain 99.5% SLA adherence through proactive monitoring
- Train junior staff on SOPs and troubleshooting protocols
- Participate in quarterly system upgrade implementations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Experience with ServiceNow/Salesforce ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and de-escalation skills
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (flexibility required)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
