Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, edge computing, and quantum computing relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable system architectures capable of supporting future demands and rapid growth.
- Lead AI Integration: Drive the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core business processes to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Technical Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth technical evaluations of new technologies, vendors, and frameworks to ensure alignment with long-term strategic objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate technical vision into actionable development plans.
- Standards & Governance: Establish technical standards and governance frameworks to ensure security, compliance, and code quality across all projects.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Nexus Future Systems at industry conferences and forums, establishing our brand as a leader in future tech innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, Web3 technologies, or quantum computing concepts.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
