Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement and enforce company policies, OSHA regulations, and security protocols
- Investigate and resolve operational issues during overnight hours
- Prepare shift reports and communicate daily with day shift management
- Train new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Monitor KPIs including efficiency, accuracy, and safety metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
