Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation accuracy
- Supplement 8-person team with task delegation and quality checks
- Oversee loading/unloading of freight with forklift operation
- Address urgent client inquiries and operational escalations
- Conduct safety compliance audits and equipment inspections
- Generate shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
