Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Conduct daily inventory counts and ensure stock levels are organized efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and workplace housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Unload and load trucks in a timely manner during the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
