- Lead team of 5-7 associates through task delegation and performance coaching
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Generate nightly reports on productivity, safety metrics, and inventory accuracy
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
