Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead team of 10-15 staff with scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Investigate and resolve operational issues with minimal disruption
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/logistics supervision or equivalent experience
- Proven night shift leadership in high-volume environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
