Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate night shift team activities across warehouse and distribution operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during overnight hours
- Manage inventory control systems and resolve operational discrepancies in real-time
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for urgent operational issues
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational documentation
- Train and mentor new night shift employees on company procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in shift supervision or logistics management
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure overnight environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work Monday-Friday nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
