Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 8-12 warehouse staff during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift supervisors
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using data-driven decision making
- Train new hires on warehouse automation technologies
- Generate nightly performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic Spanish language proficiency preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license
