Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members during peak operational hours
- Optimize warehouse workflow for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Implement process improvements using lean methodologies
- Manage cross-functional communication with day shift and distribution partners
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Generate nightly performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-pressure night shifts
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
