Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse operations and team performance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed logs
- Train and mentor new team members on procedures
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule availability for urgent shifts
- Basic math and inventory reconciliation skills
