Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor inventory management and warehouse security protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Resolve urgent logistical issues with real-time problem-solving
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Process payroll and attendance records for night staff
- Implement efficiency improvements for 24-hour operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure overnight environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
