Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 150+ employees across diverse systems
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux environments
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud services (Azure, AWS) and SaaS applications
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Lead after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional off-site support
