Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 150+ workstations
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including VPN/firewall management
- Deploy and optimize cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure/AWS)
- Provide Tier 1-2 support via ticketing system and live chat
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Lead system upgrades during weekend maintenance windows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Office 365
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional site visits
