Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, ensuring freight is handled with care.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and maintain inventory levels within the warehouse to ensure accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and priority levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and attendance in previous roles.
- Availability: Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
