Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to facilitate a seamless transition of duties.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure customer satisfaction standards are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
