Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship duties accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles, verifying quantities and contents.
- Assist in maintaining a positive work culture by helping team members and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
