Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within the company CRM system.
- Update customer account information and maintain detailed service records.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
