Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process daily transactions and maintain accurate sales and service records.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and software.
