Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Accurately update and maintain customer accounts and records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve escalated tickets efficiently.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices for customer support.
- Process transactions and orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
