Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock rotation effectively.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
- Ensure the work area is organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform basic data entry and labeling tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
