Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before final packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks and containers in adherence to safety protocols.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track stock.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
