Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse audits
- Optimize material handling operations using WMS systems
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and accident prevention
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Train new hires on equipment operation and SOPs
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Expert knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Advanced WMS/ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied temperatures
- Flexible availability for rotating night shifts
