Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun)
