Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead team of 5-7 associates, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Generate shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Train new weekend staff on company procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid California driver's license
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (5 AM - 5 PM)
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
