- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Resolve technical inquiries and account issues efficiently using our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with the week-day support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to troubleshoot diverse issues.
- Handle escalated tickets with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
