Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments in a high-volume warehouse setting
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- Support receiving and stocking operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
