Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and overall responsiveness.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure code is clean, maintainable, and follows best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL (PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
