Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and optimize application performance, database queries, and API latency.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Testing: Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and reduce bug regression.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React or Vue.js, with a strong understanding of state management and responsive design.
- Backend: Strong experience in Node.js, Express, or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS or GCP for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
