Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance standards across the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for APIs, architecture, and deployment processes.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React or Vue.js with deep understanding of state management.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
