Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across all platforms.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
