Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable front-end and back-end components using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Lead the design of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support high-traffic applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Implement robust security protocols and data encryption standards to protect user data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
