Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive models using Python, R, and SQL
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data solutions
- Present complex findings to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for production environments
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on data science experience with Python/R
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Strong communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Experience with healthcare/finance data highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-level projects
