Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical issues and answer product-related questions.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot common software and hardware problems efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and support tickets in our CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product team to help improve our offerings.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required for top candidates.
