Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive client records.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Assist in maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and quality assurance standards.
- Update and organize customer account information as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
