Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on problem resolution.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and account management.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer pain points and product improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
