Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve bottlenecks.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn inventory management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
