Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Oversee daily operations during the night shift, ensuring all workflows adhere to safety and efficiency standards.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift teams to restock supplies and manage stock transfers.</li><li>Generate and review daily operational reports, highlighting key metrics and addressing discrepancies immediately.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly enforcing company safety protocols.</li><li>Handle communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors during non-standard hours.</li><li>Address and resolve operational issues in real-time to minimize downtime.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations preferred.</li><li>Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.</li><li>Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions under pressure.</li></ul>
