Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members in high-volume fulfillment center
- Optimize inventory flow using WMS systems and real-time data
- Implement safety protocols achieving zero-accident standards
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift supervisors
- Conduct performance reviews and develop talent pipelines
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using lean methodology
- Generate daily productivity reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced WMS system proficiency (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Experience managing unionized workforce (plus)
- Valid GA driver's license
- Pass background/drug screening
