Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our internal database systems.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing and scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
