Responsibilities

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet daily performance goals.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools and company policies during your onboarding training.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
