Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 night shift team members, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Optimize warehouse workflows for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members
- Manage inventory systems and resolve discrepancies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA training required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts (10PM-6AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
