Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates, providing real-time coaching and performance feedback
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and reconciliation
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols, conducting daily safety inspections
- Optimize operational efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Collaborate with day shift management for seamless transition and communication
- Prepare and submit nightly performance reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management/supervision experience
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Strong communication skills with ability to work across multiple shifts
- Flexible schedule with availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
