Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years in logistics or warehouse management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading teams of 10+ personnel
- Strong analytical skills with KPI optimization experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
