Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations
- Conduct quality control audits and resolve operational issues in real-time
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
